Once you have logged in, you will then be shown the ‘dashboard’.

On the left-hand side of the dashboard will be a tab called ‘orders’ Click this to be taken to the orders page.

Once on the orders page you will be able to search for the customers voucher, do to his click in the search field. This search field will allow you to search by Order & Voucher Number, Customers Name, Status, Product name etc, but the fastest way to find a specific voucher is to input the voucher code.

The redeem button is highlighted as a green button on the right of the page

Once you have found the voucher you would like to redeem just press the green redeem button, this will change the status of the voucher to redeemed.

Occasionally you may wish to change the status to something other then redeemed, to do this tick the box of the order or voucher and select from the drop down box then press the purple update button.
