Once you have logged in, you will then be shown the ‘dashboard’.
On the left-hand side of the dashboard will be a tab called ‘Redeem’ Click this to be taken to the redeem page.
Once on the redeem page you will be able to search for the customers voucher, do to his click in the search field and type the voucher number. It will require the exact voucher number to work!
If the voucher is valid, it will show a giant green redeem button. Once you’ve done this you will receive a positive confirmation as shown.
You may also be given some information on the voucher including the validity dates. You’ll also be able to download the voucher PDFs.
If the voucher is not valid, it will show a red cross and let you know the reason the voucher isn’t valid. This is usually because it has been used before or has expired.
