At the top of the orders page there is a filter bar, this is clickable, once clicked it will expand to a new window.

It serves two purposes, it can be used to filter down results in the orders page, if you are looking for certain dates or want to see only one type of order / voucher but mainly it is used to create downloadable sales reports.

Once the filter page is open, you will have a number of options to filter down by: Date Range, Voucher / Order Status, Delivery Method and whether a promocode was applied.

To ensure reports are generated quickly there is a 3 month limit on any report run.

Once you have chosen your parameters press the purple filter button, it will not filter without doing this. If you would like to run a report, press the ‘Export Order Data’ button.

The Enjovia system collects a huge amount of data on each order, a full report will contain a large amount of data fields!

If you don’t need to see them all, untick the top boxes for order, item and add-on, then select the individual fields you would like.

To receive the report, input your email address and press Export, typically the report will be sent out within 30 seconds to your email as a CSV file.
