To reset a users password, you first must have the permission to do so. If you do not, please speak to the person managing your Enjovia Store.

Firstly, log into your store. Once you have logged in, click on Settings and then Manage Users. You will then be shown a list of all currents users.

Click edit for the user you wish to change to password for, once the edit page loads, enter the new password and confirm it.

The users password will now be changed.
