Firstly go to the orders section once you have logged in and enter the voucher number.

then click on the order number (the first 6 digits of the voucher), this will pull up a number of options related to the transaction.

Most used in this section is the delivery section which allows you to resend a voucher, customers will often put in wrong emails! Just put in the correct one and click the blue re-send email button.

From this section you are able to check item history, billing information, promotions on the order and write notes on the order.
